The Department of Management Studies was established in 2013 with the sanctioning of the BBA course by Kannur University and the enrolment of students in the discipline. The department worked jointly with the Dept of Commerce for four years and in 2017 separate establishment was provided.

      The major concern of the department is to commit itself to task of equipping the students to manage their future with a local and national interest through the service in the chosen field of study, Business Management, and the career that would settle in. It is with this intent of initiation and training that the students organize every year an intercollegiate mega event “ENTREPOT” in collaboration with Entrepreneurship Development Club. It is an activity oriented entrepreneur development workshop which provides a platform for actually “doing things”, showcasing talents and creativity in management. This annual programme provides opportunities for talent spotting across the state in the discipline in tune with the nation- building task of developing new start up ideas.
